Rouis to Guest Lecture to Penn State AE Graduate Students

Paul Rouis III, P.E., DBIA, Principal Consultant, will be a guest lecturer for Penn State’s Architectural Engineering Graduate Program today.

Rouis will present on "Snow Load Code Development and Building Failures and Investigations” Paul is a graduate of Penn State’s Architectural Engineering program and is honored to return to campus to give this lecture each year.
