We predominantly practice in the Northeast; however, our structural engineers are licensed to practice throughout the United States. The firm’s licensing status is constantly evolving and many of our senior engineers have comity licensure. Our Professional Engineers hold NCEES records, meeting the standards in education, exams, and experience to allow for ease in obtaining additional licensing.

Firm Principals
The firm principals work as an integrated team with each being responsible for areas of firm management suited to their interest, skills, and needs of the team. This also allows the principals to continue using their technical expertise and remain directly involved in project work and mentoring of the engineering staff.
Jamie Davis
Jamie is the Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder of the firm. She is responsible for long-term planning and strategic thinking for the firm, as well as oversight of the executive team. With over 35 years of experience, her technical expertise includes the structural engineering design of new buildings, masonry design and restoration, and investigations and studies on existing buildings. She is a frequent lecturer and author on masonry topics.

Jack Healy
Jack oversees the firm's daily operations. He manages our team through resource planning and ensures productivity through our scheduling workflow software. He joined the firm in 1998 and he focuses on managing masonry design, investigation, and repair projects including work for several National Register for Historic Preservation properties.

Chris Latreille
Chris oversees the firm’s IT infrastructure and resources, technical standards, and project review functions. His areas of expertise include BIM, structural design of new buildings, renovation projects, connection design, and providing project peer reviews. He joined the firm in 2001.

Matt Yerkey
Matt oversees finance operations, recruitment, human resources, and the firm’s onboarding-mentorship program. With the firm since 1998, Matt’s projects primarily service contractors where he uses his expertise in bridge design and construction, shoring, jacking, and earth retention systems.

Jeff Hodgson
Jeff works to advance firm-wide initiatives such as constructability reviews, design software applications, and Building Information Modeling standards. He serves as project manager for many of the firm’s industrial, educational, healthcare, and parking structure projects and has been with the firm since 2005.

Chad Reinemann
Chad works with leadership and the marketing team on business development efforts and emerging market sectors. Chad leads a team of structural engineers and works with large multi-disciplinary clients to develop structural solutions for the design and fit-out of new and existing manufacturing facilities. He joined the firm in 2011 bringing 8 years of experience.

Otto Schwarz
Otto manages municipal, industrial, parking garage, and new building projects. Otto's expertise and passion lies in concrete design and rehabilitation projects, and he is a frequent lecturer on concrete topics. He holds professional engineering licenses in 13 states and helps to guide the firm's QA/QC program. He has been with the firm since 2012, building on his previous 14 years of experience with other firms in TN.

Paul Rouis III
As former President of the firm (2005-2013), Paul recently started his track to retirement and uses his knowledge and experience as a Consultant to the firm. A creative problem solver, he works frequently on investigation, repair, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings; parking structure design and restoration; and concrete design projects. He has been with the firm since 1987.
