Otto J. Schwarz, P.E., S.E., Assoc. DBIA, has been named Principal Associate.

With the firm since 2012, Otto manages municipal, industrial, parking garage, and new building projects. Otto's expertise and passion lie in concrete rehabilitation projects, he is a frequent lecturer on concrete topics, and he is actively involved in the Post-Tensioning Institute sitting on DC-80 Repair and Rehabilitation. Schwarz is the current chair of the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York (ACECNY) Office of General Services (OGS) Committee. He holds professional engineering licenses in 13 states and helps to guide the firm's QA/QC program. Otto is a welcome addition to the leadership team!
