Otto Schwarz, P.E., S.E., celebrates his 13th anniversary at Ryan Biggs Clark Davis.

Otto is a Senior Associate at the firm and manages the structural engineering design of many of our projects in the municipal, parking, industrial, and educational markets. He also leads the firm’s concrete repair and restoration group and its projects. Congratulations, Otto!
