Paul Rouis celebrates his 36th anniversary at Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis.
Paul is a Principal at the firm and provides oversight and quality assurance of the structural engineering design of many of our projects in the healthcare, educational, industrial, civic, and municipal markets. He also works frequently on concrete restoration projects. He lends his expertise to the Finance and Marketing operations of the firm and is a resource to our executive team. He is currently serving as Principal-in-Charge of Structural Engineering for the University at Buffalo School of Engineering & Applied Sciences Building Project, Monroe County Jail Expansion Project, and for several housing, parking structure, and semiconductor projects.
