Happy Anniversary Otto Schwarz
Otto Schwarz celebrates his 11th anniversary at Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis.
Otto is a Senior Associate at the firm and manages the structural engineering design of many of our projects in the municipal, parking, industrial, and educational markets. He works frequently on concrete repair and restoration projects. He is currently working on projects for the New York State Office of General Services, Monroe County Jail, Corinth Central School District, and several semiconductor facilities.
