Project Update: PSU Scranton Library Penthouse

Ryan Biggs Clark Davis is providing structural design services for the new library penthouse located on the Penn State Scranton campus.

. It is a 108-foot long overbuild located 37 feet above adjacent grade. The structure utilizes steel truss framing for both vertical and lateral support and provides 1,800 square feet of above-grade area without directly touching the existing historic structure. Chiang O’Brien is the Architect and PJ Dick is the Contractor.
