David MacGregor celebrates his 15th anniversary at Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis.
David is a Senior Engineer at the firm and manages the structural engineering design of many of our projects in the municipal, housing, and educational markets. He is currently working on projects for Albany Housing Authority, University at Albany, New York State Office of General Services, and Schenectady County Community College. Congratulations, David!
