John Pillar, P.E., S.E, celebrates his 10th anniversary at Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis.

John works on many of the firm’s projects in the college/university, K12, and healthcare markets. He is currently providing structural engineering design services on projects at St. Joseph’s Hospital, SUNY Polytechnic Institute, Penn State, SUNY Upstate Medical University, and Clarkson University.
