Libertad Elmira Groundbreaking

The Libertad Elmira project broke ground this week, which is a new affordable housing development in downtown Elmira. The project aims to give affordable housing to those in need and to homeless veterans.

The building will hold 90 units, with 20 of them reserved for veterans. The building will also include a Head Start program and a market with job training opportunities.

Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis is proud to be working with the architects, The Vecino Group, on the historic rehabilitation of the vacant Jones Court Apartments and renovating it into Libertad Elmira.

The $20 million Libertad Elmira is slated to open in April 2019.
