This six-story structure utilizes reinforced concrete-masonry walls for gravity and lateral loads and precast hollow core concrete plank for the floor and roof structures.
Steel framing was integrated with the masonry walls to support projected window seats, sunshades, and a curtain wall system.
The project received a Silver LEED rating from the United States Green Building Council.
The project received an Award of Merit for Design and Installation from the Central New York Chapter of the American Concrete Institute.
