Jamie Davis (33 years) is a Principal in the firm and provides structural engineering design and management of educational, commercial, and medical projects. Jamie is professionally licensed in New York State and Connecticut.

Chris Lesher (31 years) is a Professional Engineer and provides the structural design and management of historic preservation and masonry repair projects. Chris is professionally licensed in New York State and Maryland.
Chris Latreille (20 years) is a Principal in the firm and provides structural engineering design and management of medical and educational projects. Chris is professionally licensed in New York State, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Donna Matthews (6 years) is the Business Office Manager and manages all aspects of accounting, payroll, employee benefits, and corporate insurance for the firm.
Nadya Levitova (3 years) is a Design Engineer II and provides structural engineering design support on educational and commercial projects.
Michaela Mueller (2 years) is a Design Engineer I and provides engineering design support on repair and restoration projects in the commercial and education markets.
John Ogle (2 years) is a CADD Technician and assists all staff with drafting projects to meet client deadlines.
David Gawryla (1 year) is a Design Engineer I and provides engineering design support on projects in the educational, medical, and LED commercial markets.
Alicia Moss (1 year) is a Design Engineer I and provides engineering design support on many of the Capital District's contractor support services projects.
