Job Opening: Marketing Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a qualified Marketing Communications Coordinator.

The Marketing and Communications team at Ryan Biggs | Clark Davis is expanding. The Marketing Communications Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Marketing Director in the Clifton Park office (Capital Region). Three to five years's experience in marketing communications in the AEC industry is preferred. Salary to commensurate with experience.


  • Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Social Media platforms
  • Knowledge of Joomla/Wordpress platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of video creation platforms preferred


  • Maintenance of Deltek CRM Database for firm data
  • Maintenance of resume and project profile templates
  • Social media execution
  • Internal and external newsletter development
  • Website updates
  • Interview and speaking engagement coordination
  • Special event coordination
  • Branded/corporate products
  • Photography coordination
  • Assistance with proposal responses
