Troy, NY -January 22, 2010 - Ryan-Biggs Associates, P.C., a consulting firm specializing in structural engineering, announced today that the firm was awarded the structural design portion of a $54 million design and renovation project at Hudson Valley Community College. The project involves the renovation of several academic buildings as well as the construction of a new $34 million science building.
