RBA performed structural engineering services for this award-winning restoration project. RBA’s services included field evaluation of the existing conditions along with the project architect, restoration details, design of reinforcing for the existing steel frame, and design for stone anchoring. The project has been recognized for excellence by the Eastern New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, the Preservation League of New York State, and was the 2001 Best Historic Restoration Winner for Masonry Construction Magazine’s Top Projects.
