Adirondack Museum Visitor's Center
Blue Mountain Lake, New York

RBA completed the structural design of a new, $2.5 million, 12,000 square-foot visitor’s center.  The one-story building is framed with heavy timber and has exterior stone veneer and wood shingles to blend into its surroundings in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains.  Collection spaces and the museum gift shop greet museum visitors upon entry.  A full basement houses additional collection spaces, guest restrooms, and a museum workshop.  Ann Beha Associates was the Architect.
